We’ve seen the same pattern across international projects: contracts are negotiated carefully, signed with effort, and then largely disconnected from execution. Site teams focus on delivery. Management focuses on results. And in between, risk grows and margin disappears. That gap is where we operate.

ConStone was started by Aneta , a construction management professional with 15 years of experience in complex, international construction projects across Europe. Her career has been built inside high-pressure delivery environments, working across multinational teams, fast-track schedules, and demanding commercial conditions.
She has contributed to projects delivered for global companies such as Tesla, Amazon, NOVO, Eiffage and leading industrial investors, operating within GC, PMO, EPC and EPCM structures across multiple senior cross-functional roles collecting wide understanding of how contract performance directly impacts project success.
Based on that overview, company approach is shaped by real project experience and practicality — combined with deep and pragmatic understanding of contract and legal matters. She specializes in connecting contract requirements with execution, ensuring that risks are managed early, decisions are commercially aligned, entiltements and opportunities are not missed during delivery.
